• Performance Training — $700.00/month
• Conditioning — $550.00/month
• One month training evaluation — $650.00/month

$25.00 discount to accounts paid by the 1st of the month.

• Lessons — One non-transferable lesson per week is given to amateurs whose horse is in full training.  Lessons may not be “banked”, and are for amateurs to use on their own horse when they are ready to ride it.  Additional lessons will be billed $35.00/hour.
• Early Payment Discount — $25/month applied to account if paid by the 1st of the month.

• Stall Board — $350.00/month
• Stall with Foal — $400.00/month

• Transportation — .70/mile ($75.00 minimum)
• Body Clipping — $100.00 each time
• Head and Neck Clip — $40.00 each time
• Show Clipping — $75.00 each time
• Foaling Fee — $350.00
• Foal Halter Breaking — $200.00
• Photo/Video Session (includes prep) — $75.00
• Hunter Braiding — $25.00 each time
• Strongid C (daily wormer) — $20/month
• Spectrum 4 Supplement — $20/month
• U-Gard Supplement — $20/month
• Sales Commission — 10% of sales price payable at time of sale

Veterinarian and farrier expenses are billed to owner at time of service and payment is due upon receipt.

• Class A Show — $300.00
• Rates shows — $450.00
• Regional or District Show — $600.00
• Youth Nationals — $1,500.00
• NSH Finals — $500.00
• Canadian Nationals — $1,500.00
• U.S. Nationals — $1,750.00
• Local Shows — $100.00/day

The above fees cover the showing of your horse.  Additional charges for show entries, stall fees, bedding and transportation will be billed accordingly.
Pro-rated expenses such as tack/ready rooms, decoration expenses, hotel expenses, food for trainers and grooms, and other miscellaneous expenses will be divided equally among the horses attending the show.
All expenses are due by the first of each month.  A late charge of $25.00 per month will be applied to all past due accounts.
No horse will be released from the farm or at any show unless all charges have been paid in full and customer’s account is paid to date.
